Weekend Scheduling Policy

We're ringing in the New Year with a very important change regarding how we handle weekend visits. 

-Weekend visits requested AFTER 5PM on Fridays will be subject to availability

This restriction only affects visits on Saturdays and Sundays. Visits Monday through Friday will always be approved no matter when you schedule them. Here's how it works- if you request a visit for Saturday or Sunday before 5PM on Friday it will always be approved, business as usual. If you request a visit for Saturday or Sunday after 5PM on Friday, it will be subject to walker availability. This means that the time or length of the visit you requested may need to be adjusted based on the walkers we have available, or your visit may not be approved if we do not have a walker available. 

Just remember that we have the most flexible cancellation policy to EVER exist; you can cancel anytime before the walker or sitter arrives, free of charge! So, if you think you might want to go out on Saturday night but you aren't sure of your plans by 5PM on Friday, book a visit just in case! That way your visit is guaranteed, and you can still cancel it with no fees if your plans change.

We're still available from 7AM to 9PM 365 days a year. If an emergency arises or you're on vacation and a flight gets delayed let us know and we'll make sure we can accommodate the visit.
